PGS Customer Survey 2010

Here at PG Surveyors, we know how important it is to our clients that we consistently produce a high level of service at all stages of the design, planning and construction process. In a bid to maintain our excellent service levels, our company sent out their annual customer satisfaction survey to all clients who had used Building Control or other associated services through PG Surveyors.

The sections covered within the questionnaire were:

  • Added value to the finished product
  • Being helpful and responsive to clients' needs
  • Applying the building regulations professionally
  • The overall service

Returns scored an overall satisfaction rating for 'very satisfied' of 97.1%. These results are positive confirmation that our customers recognise the benefits associated with appointing PG Surveyors as Approved Inspectors.
